I decided to upgrade early to the iPhone 4 and have a nine-month-old 3GS to sell. It works and has no water-damage; comes with original case, charger and cable, and unopened, brand-new headphones. My data has been wiped.
It is NOT unlocked. No SIM card.
It _was_ dropped once and there are some slight scratches on the screen (and normal scuffing on the back). I didn't notice them during regular use and with a screen protecter they'd likely be invisible. Scratches photo here: [link]
